If you would like to order your tickets in the HTPAA 2018 Raffle you can use this form to request your tickets. Please note that there is a $1 charge per order for postage of your tickets. Ensure you include the postage charge when you make your payment.
The online order process is simple:
- Complete the Request Form below, making sure you complete all the details and check the box to say you accept the before you click 'Submit'.
- Once your request has been received you will receive an email containing details of how to make your payment for the tickets you have ordered.
- Follow the instructions in the email and make your payment for the tickets and their postage.
- Once payment has been confirmed, your raffle tickets will be posted to you to finalise your request.
- If you attend the prize draw on the 11th November 2018, remember to bring your tickets with you. If you cannot attend the draw that is not a problem, if your ticket is a winner you will be notified using the contact details you provided.
It is important that you submit your ticket request as soon as possible and make payment promptly, certainly before 3rd November 2018 to ensure adequate time for order processing. As set out in the Conditions of Entry, ticket orders and payments not received in time are ineligible.
